Layers is a top magazine from adobe and alot of quality sites are linked to layers Magazine, you can subscribe to the podcasts on Itunes as well which are very good. Layers Magazine.
One of my favourite sites for getting to know lots of sites as the people who upload the tutorials are trying to promote there site. Good Tutorials.
The site used to be called Flash tuts but the Envato network seems to be growing and growing and lots of name changes. The network of tutorials is second to none Jeffery Wray has got to be the screencast king !! Envato Network
Nathaniel has been on the go for as long as I have been interested in web design he is very good at the screen cast and you will learn alot about the Adobe products. Tutvid.

There are alot more and most people try to show off there work on Youtube, so it’s always worth a search..
